1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms, together with the laws that apply, cover your use of Unfair Machine's website, products and services. Using any of them means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using our website and services.
2. What we provide
We design, build and run AI agents and automations, and advise on automation strategy, shaped around each client. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each engagement are set out in a Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal that both sides sign off.
3. Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless we agree otherwise. Overdue amounts may incur a finance charge of 2% per month, and we may put work on hold until an overdue invoice is paid.
4. Intellectual property
Unfair Machine keeps ownership of its methods, frameworks and anything it owned before the engagement. Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables and anything we built specifically for you.
5. Confidentiality
Each side will keep confidential the information the other shares during an engagement, such as business processes, technical documents, financial figures and anything else not publicly available.
6. Warranties and liability
Our services are provided as they are, and we do not promise particular results unless we have explicitly said so. Unfair Machine is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
None of these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Ending an engagement
Either side can end an engagement by giving notice in writing. You remain responsible for paying for the work done up to the date it ends.
8. Governing law
The laws of the United Kingdom govern these terms, and any dispute will be settled by the courts of the United Kingdom, unless the law requires otherwise.
